Dear Patient,

During your stay Klinik Höhenried will provide you with your own telephone, a flat screen TV and a Wireless LAN Internet access. The media flat rate is 2 EUR a day.

To be able to use TV and Internet you need to book the media flat rate for the desired number of days with your room key/chip at one of the two payment machines.

Please be aware, only card payment possible.

Irrespective of the media flat rate booked, telephones in the patient rooms can be used free of charge for any calls within Germany to any landline or mobile number.

International calls are not possible.

How can I make a phone call?

Dial zero first to get the dial tone. Then dial the phone number you want.

What number am I atreachable?

08158 – 24 plus your five-digit room extension,which you can see on the top right of the phone display.

Booking of media flat rate

1. Take your room key to one of the two payment machines. These are located next to the cash desk at the main entrance and in the S-Corridor in the direction to house C.
2. Hold the room key/chip to the payment machine.
3. Select the desired number of days.
4. Pay with your cash card at the payment machine (either contactless by holding your card to the machine or by inserting it). Entering your PIN might be required.
5. You will get a printout as payment receipt. This receipt will show your access data for your WLAN registration. Please keep this receipt during your entire stay.

After having booked your media flat rate you can connect to the WLAN network of Klinik Höhenried by applying the following steps:

1. Switch on your laptop, tablet or smartphone and look for WLAN Netz (SSID) „PATIENT„.
2. Open your web browser (e.g., Safari, Edge or Firefox). When trying to enter the Internet, you will be automatically directed to our homepage.
3. Enter your username and password/PIN you received with the receipt at the payment machine.
4. As soon as you have confirmed the guidelines for using the Internet, you will be connected to the Internet.

We kindly ask for your understanding that Klinik Höhenried blocks access to certain Internet pages (containing e.g. glorification of violence or pornography).

Info: Free WLAN is available at the main entrance and in the cafeteria (access data are available as displayed there).

Due to data protection reasons, we are not able to provide any support for your WLAN device. In case of difficulties with connecting to the Internet, we are happy to check your access or account settings for the WLAN.
